Strong Foundations was founded by Jeff and Justin with a singular mission: to help individuals move and function more efficiently, regardless of injury, illness, or physical limitations. Both founders are deeply committed to improving the health and wellness of their community, driven by a genuine desire to impact lives and promote overall well-being positively.Jeff is a highly valuable member of the Strong Foundations team, bringing a wealth of experience, expertise, and a passion for helping others. Throughout his career, he has worked with diverse individuals, gaining extensive knowledge in various areas such as autoimmune disorders, Parkinson's disease, scoliosis, and hypermobility. What sets Jeff apart is his exceptional ability to accurately assess, develop, and implement effective training programs and strategies. He has a keen eye for identifying his client's specific needs and tailoring his approach accordingly, covering demographics from youth and college athletes to Seniors aged 65 and older.
Similarly, Justin, a key team member, can utilize his knowledge and experience to guide individuals on their fitness journey. He understands that each person starts at a different level when it comes to exercise, and he excels at accurately assessing the best starting point for each individual. His ability to develop training plans provides the clients with physical growth and confidence. This is integral in helping everyone reach their goals while reducing the risk of injury and experiencing significant improvements in their overall well-being.

Courtney is a passionate personal trainer with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. She specializes in working with seniors, helping them build strength, regain confidence, and improve their overall quality of life. Her deep love for leading group classes, is where she creates a fun, supportive environment that fosters connection and community. Workouts should be effective and enjoyable, empowering clients to push their limits while having a great time. No matter where you’re starting from, Courtney's vocation is to support, encourage, and help you achieve your goals. Let’s make fitness a joyful and transformative journey together!
Gabbie:
As a pivotal team member, Gabbie has experience working with men and women aged 14 to 80. She approaches clients' needs where they are, whether they are entirely new to fitness, returning to the gym after a break, recovering from surgery, or simply looking to enhance their strength and/or nutrition. She will lay out a plan that is customized for their specific needs. The most beneficial aspect of Gabbie’s approach is her ability to listen to clients, understand their unique situations, and connect with them. Her overall goal is to leave her clients stronger and healthier than ever and able to sustain a higher level of health for the many years ahead.
